Until college I lived in St. Paul MN, where I ran track for 6 years, mostly 400m, 200m, 300Hurdles. Moved to portland to attend Lewis and Clark College. ran track there, and discovered XC my second year there. Graduated confrence champ in the 6k, 1500m, and the 800m. I worked my butt off and loved it and am excited to keep training and racing.
I also love ceramics and would like to be a professor in clay and am looking into MFA programs. I love to cook and grow food, and have food related partys whenever possible because who wants to eat alone?
Things about me that interest people most: I wrestled for six years on mens teams and at one point was 5th in the nation at my weight class amung females. I do have a goofy minnesotan accent that is occasionaly detectable. I have a large scar on my armpit from hitting a curb at 35 mph with said armpit (bike accedent). I have a potential afro and know how to use it.
